1982 was, in itself, the future, a beautiful haze of bright colors and electric lights, shopping malls, boxy cars, vending machines, cola wars, space shuttles. The future of 1982 does not, and never will, exist.

Recorded at home and at Shinseki Station, near the shark fin, and in a hallway near a radiator beneath a lacy white curtain. Outside there are trees, a stream, and nothing of 1982 remains.
